On Monday August 24th marked the 21st anniversary of Japanese Paraguayan Center starring cast members of the UNINORTE: soprano and tenor Rebecca Arramendi Justo Pastor Rodriguez accompanied on the piano by Professor Benito Román . After the art show is a toast to all the guests present.
