On Friday 19 June at 17:00 was the opening of the New Board of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy and empowerment of the New Board of Bodybuilding and Fitness in the Paraguayan Center Gymnasium Japanese.

In the Hall of Kinesiology and Physical Therapy will provide a special service for sports rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological, and post surgical. It will be headed by leading professionals and skilled care. And is equipped with the latest equipment such as ultrasound therapy, magnet therapy, laser, tens (electro analgesia) electro-stimulators, infrared, vibro-massage, thermotherapy, and cryotherapy.
In the new room Bodybuilding and Fitness we are debuting the new equipment recently purchased to provide better service to those who attend the gym daily CPJ to make your workout or play some sports. We have new treadmills, exercise bikes, barbells, dumbbells, Olympic records and new fitness equipment. In addition to new steps for Aerobic Gymnastics teams. The fitness center

In martial arts classes have: Aikido, Karate, Judo, Taekwondo, Tai Chi Chuan
, Jiu Jitsu, Kung Fu, Bozen Do, Yawara Undo, Hap Kido, Hata Yoga and Vale Todo.
In Gymnastics we have the best equipped gym in the country for the practice of this discipline. Regulatory teams used and recommended by the International Gymnastics Federation, SINH brand to practice in soil, rings, racks, jumping, trampolines, beams.

New Japanese Paraguayan Center teams have the following features: Intel Dual Core 2.2 GHz, 2GB RAM, 150GB HDD, DVD Recorder DVD and LCD Monitor 15''Widescreen, and all machines are running Windows Vista. The CPJ
develop computer classes aimed at children aged 4 years and make youth and adults from Monday to Friday, morning, afternoon and evening and Saturday morning and afternoon. Classes are taught Word, Windows, Computer, Advanced Excel, Corel Draw, typing computerized algorithm and website design.
children are taught to special programs designed to develop proficiency in math, puzzles, complete words in stories and development of school projects.
